This vintage is dedicated to my grandfather Jean Fannière who decided, inthe Fifties, more not to sell its grapes and to produce its own Champagne.
The vines “Grand Cru” used at the time are always used to produce this vintage, and are all old of more than 40 years.
Sugar proportioning (dosage) is “extra Brut” (only 3 g/l of sugar) and makes it possible to express all the minerality and the smoothness of these soils of Avize, Oger and Cramant, after 4 years of ageing in the bottle.
Made “with old”, this Cuvée will be delivered to you exclusively in whitewood cases, as Jean did it in the past”.
