"Cuvée" means the first juice from the press (the sweetest ). The grapes are produced exclusively in a vineyard who is 60 years old :"le Clos du Grand Père" (the grandfather's vineyards). Some famous Masters of wine discovered many aromas in this Cuvée : White flowers, green apple, typical of chardonnays; grilled hazelnuts, vanilla and brioche were born with the 5 years in the bottle.
